I am Michelle Morris, a heart-centered yoga instructor, Mind Mastery Coach, Sound Healer, and HeartMath Certified Trainer dedicated to empowering individuals to transcend limitations and embrace a life of love, healing, and spiritual connection. My extensive training in yoga, including the 8-limb path, has shaped not only my teaching philosophy but also my way of living—integrating these principles into every aspect of life to create harmony with the universe. I believe in the power of personal experience and transformation, guiding others to connect with their true selves, embrace the mystical, and invite miracles into their lives.

At Bombay Room Yoga, my approach goes beyond the physical practice of yoga. Through sound healing, meditation, and holistic healing techniques, I help people align with the natural frequencies of the universe, promoting balance, well-being, and healing. I believe that sound frequencies and energy alignment play an essential role in fostering connection with the source of life, allowing us to live with ease and flow in perfect health. My teachings encourage an exploration of self through mindful practices, leading to profound inner transformation and empowerment.

I’m passionate about helping others realize their potential, whether it's through yoga, sound healing, or coaching. My journey began with a leap of faith when I took over Bombay Room Yoga in 2018. Guided by intuition, meditation, and alignment with the universe, I manifested my dream to own a space that nurtures spiritual growth and community. This has become my mission—to create a sanctuary where people can grow, heal, and connect with like-minded souls.

For those ready to take a leap of faith in life, my advice is to listen to your heart and trust in your inner guidance. Life begins at the end of your comfort zone, and when you align with your true purpose, miracles happen.
