Meet Yogi Michael ~

In his Vinyasa-based class, you'll experience a flow of asanas (postures) that seamlessly transition from one to the next, all while maintaining a steady, rhythmic breath (Pranayama). This moving meditation is designed to help you focus inward, find balance, and develop a sense of peace throughout the practice. Michael emphasizes proper alignment, both physically and mentally, offering guided adjustments and spontaneous inspiration that encourages presence, spirituality, and positivity. His flows vary from restorative to more challenging sequences, always aimed at helping you cultivate a calm composure and awareness that you can carry into everyday life.

In addition to his Vinyasa class, Michael also leads Yin Yoga sessions. Yin is a slower, more meditative style of yoga that targets the connective tissues, ligaments, and joints. In this practice, you'll hold postures for longer periods, allowing you to release deeply held tension, improve flexibility, and create space in both the body and mind. Yin Yoga helps balance the more active aspects of life and practice, fostering a deep sense of relaxation and introspection. Through stillness, you'll be invited to explore who you truly are, and to connect with the quiet wisdom that lies within. Whether you're seeking challenge or restoration, Michael's classes offer a space for free expression, personal discovery, and the opportunity to tap into the bigger questions of life. Om mani padme hum.
