Yoga is a personal and deeply intuitive practice, and your experience is entirely up to you. There are no rigid rules, no pressure—just a loving invitation to listen to your body and honor what it needs in each moment. You’re free to follow the instructor’s guidance or modify the practice to align with your energy and intentions. If you're craving a deeper challenge and it’s not suggested, you’re encouraged to explore that within your own practice. It's all about tuning in and trusting yourself.
