Unlock Your Potential: The Mindful Thinker is a monthly group discussion led by Michelle, exploring universal laws and principles, including the 8-limb path of yoga. Through engaging conversations, you'll gain insights and tools to manifest your desires, align with your true potential, and connect with like-minded individuals on a journey of higher consciousness and personal growth.
Sound Healing with Reiki
Experience deep relaxation and energy alignment in our Sound Healing Meditation with Reiki, led by Michelle Morris and accompanied by Carl Jebodh or Melody Valdivia. Cacao Ceremony

MasterClass
The Awaken and Elevate Master Class is a transformative, 2-hour experience combining Vinyasa Flow yoga, Kundalini breathwork, and sound healing meditation. Led by Michelle Morris, owner of Bombay Room Yoga, the class begins with a dynamic Vinyasa Flow, synchronizing breath and movement to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. This is followed by Kundalini Breathwork to activate the third eye, deepening spiritual awareness. The session concludes with a soothing Sound Healing Meditation, immersing participants in healing vibrations from Quartz Crystal Sound Bowls and other sacred instruments. This holistic journey nurtures mind, body, and spirit, leaving attendees deeply relaxed, spiritually connected, and renewed.
