Terms and Conditions for the Yoga Cruise to the Caribbean
1. Eligibility and Booking
A $500 deposit per person is required to reserve your cabin.
Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.
2. Pricing
Prices are based on double occupancy and include meals, accommodations, onboard entertainment, yoga and wellness programming, and other listed amenities.
Stateroom options:
Prime Oceanview Window Stateroom: $2086 per person*
Edge Stateroom with Infinite Veranda: $2570 per person*
*Prices are subject to change based on availability and cruise line pricing policies.
3. Inclusions
The following are included in the pricing:
Daily yoga, meditation, sound healing, and wellness workshops.
Accommodations, meals, onboard entertainment, and access to cruise facilities (fitness center, pools, etc.).
Scheduled excursions and activities at ports of call as noted in the itinerary.
4. Exclusions
The following are not included in the pricing:
Airfare, travel insurance, and transfers to/from the port.
Shore excursions outside the included program, spa treatments, and personal purchases.
Alcoholic beverages and specialty dining experiences not listed in the package.
5. Deposit and Payment Policy
The deposit is non-refundable unless the cruise is canceled by the organizer.
Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure. Failure to make the final payment by the deadline may result in forfeiture of your reservation and deposit.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 90 days before departure: Refund minus deposit.
Cancellations made 60-90 days before departure: 50% of the total amount paid is refundable.
Cancellations made within 60 days of departure: No refunds.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations.
7. Health and Safety
All participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health to participate in yoga, meditation, and other wellness activities.
Adherence to the cruise line’s health and safety protocols is required.
8. Itinerary Changes
The itinerary is subject to change based on weather, port availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Bombay Room Yoga and the cruise line will do their best to provide a comparable alternative.
9. Behavior and Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward fellow participants and cruise staff. Failure to adhere to this standard may result in removal from the retreat and cruise without a refund.
10. Liability
Bombay Room Yoga is not responsible for personal injuries, loss of property, or disruptions caused by third parties (e.g., cruise line, excursion providers). Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
11. Miscellaneous
This event is open to individuals aged 18 and older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
