Deep Release is a slower-paced, deeply restorative style of yoga that focuses on accessing and releasing the body's deeper layers of connective tissue, known as fascia. Primarily involving floor sequences and some kneeling postures, this practice is designed to open and release the major joints through deep spinal twists, shoulder openers, and hip stretches.
In a Yin Yoga class, each pose is held for an extended period, allowing you to sink into deep relaxation and release long-held tension and emotions. The effects of this practice extend far beyond the mat, leaving your body and mind feeling profoundly relaxed and rejuvenated.

This class involves no standing poses. We focus on deep expressions of poses on the floor, holding them for longer durations to target and release the deep connective tissues and fascia in the body.
