Soulful Sunday Yin is a slow-paced, deeply restorative yoga practice that targets the body’s deep connective tissues (fascia) and promotes full-body relaxation 🌀. This floor-based practice includes spinal twists, shoulder openers, and hip stretches, allowing you to release tension and open your body from within 🌙.

Each posture is held for an extended period, allowing you to fully surrender and breathe deeply, gently releasing long-held emotions, stress, and energy blockages 🌊.
