Restorative yoga offers a sacred opportunity to pause, slow down, breathe deeply, and simply be. This practice invites you to meet yourself where you are, dedicating time to self-reflection and care—mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Using bolsters, blocks, blankets, and cushions, we create supportive and comfortable positions to relax into. Each pose is held for an extended period, allowing for deep relaxation of the body, mind, and spirit. This soothing practice is designed to calm your nervous system, helping you master your mind, and ultimately leading to mastery over relaxation and life experiences.

Level of Movement: 1
This class is incredibly gentle, involving only 5 or 6 poses throughout the practice, making it accessible to everyone.
